Up to date beach conditions for Cape Coral & surrounding areas

Southwest Florida is known for having some of the country's best beaches.
However, due to Hurricane Ian in October of 2022, some of the local beaches are closed and some have water quality issues.

In order to make the most of your time in Cape Coral with your Family, we encourage you to check the status of beaches prior to packing up the car...

Here is the best tool we've found so you can make an education decision.

We've embedded the website here but you can click & go directly to their website.

Here are some tips & nuances.

Firstclick on the beach location, and then "Reports"

Next - under the report, you can see all of the relevant info for the beach. This should give you plenty of information regarding water quality, beach conditions etc. in order to make the most of your trip.

Nuance - Make sure this report is up to date! As you can see below, this report is old due to beach being closed post Hurricane Ian.

Make sure to check out our Beach Checklist before you head to the beach so you can make the most of your time!

Our goal is to create the best possible local area guide possible.  If you have location suggestions or helpful information to add to a specific location please let us know!
